Poor. Reason: next day delivery (Friday)requested. Delivery arrived today (Monday) 12.30 pm. External IT specialist (required to set up computer with software and link computer into company network) arrived this morning 9am and left 9.05am since computer had not arrived. I will need to re-book specialist and I expect I will be charged for this. In summary - late delivery very inconvenient.
