“Cable Monkey are OK, but their choice of couriers leave a lot to be desired. I contacted Cable Monkey via their social media and didn't receive a response, which in this day and age is a bit unusual. I ordered some patch cables and a metal patching frame. The packaging for the frame was woeful and it was delivered by the courier in a very beaten up state. By some miracle (and certainly not due to their courier or the packaging), the frame was largely undamaged aside from a mark near the mounting holes. I would order low value items from Cable Monkey again, but I would be reluctant to order anything of value/size based upon this experience. A shame really.”

“Great service, needed fiber in a hurry, wasnt in stock but I was called personally and talked through the alternatives and upgraded at no extra cost. They checked compatability with the other items I purchased without me having to ask. Best bit was despite the delay it was still delivered on time. No Covid excuses required! Happy to use them again.”
