“Placed an order late Thursday pm and paid extra for next day delivery. Eventually received my order on the Monday. Not to be trusted!! They should not make promises on their website they can’t keep no matter the circumstance. Disrespectful to customers as a result”

“Absolutely brilliant service. I wasn't quite sure what part number to order online, so I called and got straight through to someone who knew the products well and could confirm what I needed. And then the items I ordered arrived well and securely-packaged, the next day. Can't fault it, and it was so easy, I actually wish I needed to buy cable more often!!”
