“Friday - needed a specialised adhesive for Saturday to finish a job. . C&A had it on the shelf and arranged next day delivery. It arrived at 0830 Saturday morning via TNT. Will use C&A again when the need arises.”

“I was very happy with your product, there was a slight delay initially but after that I was very happy. Your product fitted together well, and looks good. I have no complaints whatsoever, obviously none of the fittings were pre drilled, Which was more time consuming. But in some ways that is beneficial because if things are not square etc, it gives flexibility and you can alter accordingly. Overall I was very happy with your product and would recommend you product to others.”

“Very happy with my purchase, buying the complete kit is the best wat as it comes with almost all you need to assemble it, the only thing missing is the man! To do the job. I have just one small complaint, I think that extra support for the top and bottom of polycarbonate roofing panels would be a good thing. CM”

“Placed order online at weekend, got a call on the following Monday questioning my order as some of the parts didn't appear logical. I had indeed ordered incorrectly online. Excellent customer service checking and contacting me to confirm my order details. Delivery scheduling was a pain, terms are that you must be in and they only give a 5 day delivery slot - how can I be in all week. Called to get more details only to be told it's impossible to confirm day of delivery and if I'm not in i will be charged more to re attempt delivery. After talking to someone else I was able to arrange for the items to be left on my driveway but any damage was my liability... Also was promised a call from driver when delivered which never happened Delievry was 9 working days after order so happy with that.”

“Tried to place an order online, unfortunately no click and collect option was available. Apparently C&A cannot accept credit card orders for collection. With a delivery charge of £20 on a £38 order, I decided to vist the London depot. The trade counter was unattended when I arrived, with no means to call for assistance, despite staff visible in an inner office. Eventually a sales person came out and the order placed. Staff appeared knowledgeable about the product, but I was left with the feeling they were doing you a favour. Purchased replacement fascia, soffit boards, and fixings for a porch. Product appears good quality and while only completed the job recently, so no knowledge of durability, would use again.”

“Easy to order etc. Delivery updates could be improved considerably. Order included a pack of 10 fixing screws with caps and washers, these had been crushed, in fairness did not report as have some spares and was not prepared to wait any longer, am sure they would have replaced if asked.”
