“bought two sheets of 2mm thick plastic in white (2.440mm X 1.220mm) which i though were pretty expensive at nearly £30 each (not incl VAT)... service was good though, but I did not get my free gloves (for spending over £50)... which I only remembered after getting home and unloading the stuff... PS: why is it that you cannot get a simple right-angle corner extrusion in differing sizes in 2.5m lengths???”

“If the wall plates for my car port were not out of stock for such a long time this would have been a 5 star review. Having said that the communication between them and me was good. When I phoned every one was very courteous and the answers to my questions were spot on. They even allowed me to add some parts to the order. The delivery driver was also very kind and considerate. He could not have been more helpful. I will use them again.”

“Easy to use website. Full information given regarding each item. contacted by firm to clarify my order. Emails received giving information on progress of my order. Email sent to say order was out for delivery and could take up to 5 days. I phoned Monday to ask for an indication of when this might be and was told that I would receive a phone call the day before. However they were actually delivered that same day. I was happy with the quality of the goods and they were easy to work with.”

“Good product and services except one hiccup that there was one end cap wrong. Later tried to contact C & A Building Plastics and asked to send one but they weren't helpful. The manager and other staff tried to blame me not complaining within two weeks and never consider it was their fault not pack the right cap. The end cap is a piece of aluminium placte not more than 10cmx5cm in size and one of two was smaller. After frustration and hassale I came up idea that to cut one from wastage alumium bar/structure and drill it. It's not perfect but improvised. So I am not very impressed C & A Building and Plastics customer service. Mr. Y Gurung”

“Very helpful salesman, I took a drawing with me and he explaned just what I needed, pity that you did not have the 5mtr x 600mm panel in stock as I live a fair distance. Have purchased and introduced many people to your company. Very good company.”

“The customer service was extremely good and delivery bang on time. The quality of goods and instructions seemed to be of a good standard and it went up fairly easy. My only negative comment was the screws for the end plates were a little iffy and to get a fixing was almost impossible but this was a very minor point and easily rectified. All in all top product from a good firm”
