“Ordered plastic sheets with yourselves which were delivered within a week of ordering everything ran smoothly just need to order in plenty of time as we tend to think we can have the material the next day .we require some more sheets and would not hesitate to order them with you Elfyn D&E Jones builders Ltd”

“I bought two door canopies from the on-line catalogue. It was well laid out and easy to understand. The delivery was very quick. Overall I was impressed with the service. Well done ! I'll be back !”

“I replaced some old corrugated plastic sheets,the ones supplied were far superior to the old ones.When ordering I got mixed up with pack sizes and ordered far too many fixing screws,this was picked up by c&a and they phoned me to check. They also gave me a call to check if I would be in before delivery. This is how internet ordering and delivery should be. I will definitely be using. c & A the next time I am doing repairs.”

“products are good quality at with cheep prices, this is the third purchase I have made from c&a and will definitely use them again in the future, only issue was the delivery, as my order was dispatched on your own transport and order was placed Monday evening it meant I had to wait a week and a half for delivery, perhaps a beginning of the week and mid week dispatch may be something to consider as I can't be the only person experiencing these delays”

“The J Aluminium and Clear Polycarbonate Door Canopy I purchased was excellent, in that this model allowed for the holding brackets to be positioned where they were required, rather than at the ends, which most are designed to do. This allowed me to position it asymmetrically to a non-standard door and doorway, where it fitted perfectly. The machining to all components was spot-on and everything fitted perfectly for a simple DIY job, despite the fact that I was fastening to wood rather than brickwork, so used by own screw/bolts. Two details: the aluminium sliding bar which covers the groove down which the brackets slide are nowhere mentioned in the otherwise exact and complete instructions, probably because its positioning would not lend itself to the form of illustration used as guidance; and the second (of strangely 6 screws) screw fouled the aluminium groove into which it was supposed to self-tap, so I used a longer and thinner screw instead. That is one component which might be improved, but it's a detail, on an otherwise very stylish and beautifully designed and engineered product. 10/10”

“I purchased a range of products for my carport and the all the staff were very helpful. The delivery date was much later than I had anticipated and I was going to be away on business the day it was to be delivered. I contacted the office and left my fathers phone number, to be contacted the evening before the delivery, which was what I was told always happened. My father never received a call from the delivery driver, and the goods were delivered the night (7.30pm) before the date suggested! Fortunately my daughter's boyfriend happened to be at the house at that time and helped to unload in the dark, but there could easily have been nobody at home.”

“I bought a canopy. The first instruction was to fit a rubber strip. As this strip kept falling out I ended up leaving it out so the top of the canopy leaks if the wind blows the wrong way. I fudged this with filler. The screws holding the end plates on the gutter were the wrong size. The holes appear to be 3mm and the screws 4mm; no chance of those fitting! so I drilled out the holes. Despite fitting the plastic with a mallet it ran out by 2cm top and bottom and I had to cut it down. Despite these problems I like the canopy and it does a good job. The components are sturdy and it is not noisy in heavy rain. If I hadn't had these problems I would have no problem giving it a Very Good.”

“Helpful customer services, listened to our need for a date for delivery and rang back a couple of times to confirm the exact delivery which was quicker than on invoice (thank goodness!) it would be good if the anticipated delivery time was shown BEFORE placing the order as this can be an important factor. Delivery was exactly as promised and goods were as described and reasonably priced”
