“What attracted me initially to this company was the very competitive prices and range of goods available. After I had made my online order for multi wall roofing sheets,glazing bars, fixings and fittings the person processing my order the following day realized I had made a mistake with one of the sizes and took the trouble to phone and give guidance so the order was correct. The day before delivery the driver sent a text message giving a 2 hour window when the delivery would be made and if that was not convenient you had the opportunity to contact him to arrange a possible alternative. When the goods were delivered he made sure that everything was as it should be. You cannot fault this service,I will be recommending this company to others and using them again for future work.”

Thanks for your response and i am sorry you are not happy with the delivery time scales.I have investigated your order and from the time of processing your order and to us delivering this was not two weeks, either 14 days or 10 working days. I would like to explain that the item you purchased is a budget roof sheet that can not be sent via a carrier and something we would have to deliver on our own vehicle to ensure it arrived in one piece. We pride ourselves on offering our customers the option of purchasing single products, unlike other companies who require a minimum order quantity as they do not value low spend customers the same we do, however to ensure a cost effective solution we route these deliveries with many other orders this is the only way we could attempt to recover the real cost of these orders. If we did not optimise all our deliveries then we would fall short of our actual cost in making deliveries of £20 products on a 200 mile round trip. I hope this gives you a better understanding of the logistics involved. We also make the expected timescales clear in both our delivery section and our terms and conditions however i have asked our IT department to review this to ensure it is clear. Once again sorry for the disappointment C & A

“Sanctuary carport, Great product, I have used these before, easy and quick to fit, and a great profit margin can be made fitting these, Matt was very helpful, I called him the day prior to picking up my order, And it was ready for me to load the next morning, The only issue I had, The front box gutter was dented in three places, I had to use a mallet to get them out, Maybe more care could be taken when transporting or stocking, Otherwise all good, Would order again”

A delightful delivery driver and my builder said it was about half the price of a local supplier. Excellent service - thank you”
