“I ordered polycarbonate twinwall so the problem probably only applies to this product. The twinwall was covered in plastic burrs from the cutting process. The burrs were trapped inside the twinwall, throughout. They are virtually impossible to remove, I have tried vacuuming them out, and using compressed air, but they just become staic and won't budge. I spoke to the company on the phone to see what they could do as the pieces of twinwall are un-usable of the application I need them for, as I need them to be clean, and they just said that's how they send them out and there was nothing that could be done. I would highly reccommend not using this company if you need your twinwall to be clean and transparent.”

“I tried to place a small order on line on the 2nd February, but had difficulties in setting up an account, could have been me or the system was wobbly. So I phoned C & A, spoke to Phil, who was able to extract some info from their system, he put the order together with commendable speed. Low and behold, the order arrived the next morning, so the broken glazing in greenhouse was replaced on the same day.”

“Having C&A before I was happy to order again and received help as I needed Polycarbonate sheet cut to size. The order included a free pair of builders' gloves and the delivery man was great. Unpacking the parcel was a bit of a bind as the tape was stuck to the gloves so had to be removed with care. The secondary glazing strip arrived without any instructions but a call to your office directed me to a video, part of the web site of your supplier. Suggest including a note regarding measuring the strip and the web site.”

“My order was processed and delivered very promptly. Delivery was by their own transport in a truck properly kitted out for transporting large sheet materials. Their driver was extremely friendly and helpful. On the basis of this, my first order, I would recommend C&A Plastics without hesitation.”
