“I ordered 2x door cannape when they didn't turn up I had to phone and was told out of stock and would be end of month before new stock would be in. I required the items to take to France. No contact by email or mobile. Now I am I France and unable to take delivery.”

“Bought some Glazing bars to compliment the Polycarb sheets i bought last year and to finish my project of making a Koi Pond cover. This time i ordered on the Saturday online and it was delivered on the Wednesday. Very well packaged and good quality. I have found C&A to be very competitive on price. I would use again”

“C&A did not make me happy, the plastic sheets were easy to order efficient delivery but!!! the sheets were not the colour shown on the web page, on the web the sheets look a beautiful amber bronze but on delivery they look a smoky colour. All the documents say bronze but they look more like a smoky greyish colour.”

Hi We are sorry you feel disappointed, trying to represent colours online is very difficult considering the different screen resolutions, pixel creation, and the fact that colours will vary slightly due to batch productions. Many customers ask fr samples prior to order to ensure it is the material they want. We have noted on your order your comments, and if you wish to return this you are still in your time frames to do so and then sheets can be purchased elsewhere once you have sourced the shade you are looking for. “I have ordered materials from C&A before and have been pleased with them. But my 3rd order came with damaged edges to the cladding boards. The packaging was not as secure or robust as my other orders, hence only 3 stars.”

“Purchased fascias and soffit boards for an extension project. Good price and quick delivery, my only gripe would be that delivery times and days were completely unknown. When I ordered and couldn't tell me when I would get the delivery. All other materials suppliers can give at least a date for the delivery to help plan the site work more easily Other than that no other problems.”

“The product are 1st class, your delivery drivers are some of the best,but the phone contact needs improvement, as the stock answer of 5 to 10 days is not very helpful to a very busy builder.I have order up front but if there is a product defect when unpacked I am told it is to late to do any thing about it. Craig will try to help but he is just one person.Also I have over 15 catalog with my last job such a waste, email my invoices and it will save me time,and you money. I have used you for some 15 years.Regards Joseph T Biddle”

“Excellent service from C&A PLASTICS. ordering on-line was simple. When I phoned to change the delivery date, they could not have been more helpful. The driver arrived at the time stated & as we had local road works helped me carry the goods up a short hill and place it in my garage.”
