“I messaged these guys on the afternoon of the 19th, after I'd been waiting since 10th for an order from a see-through, middle traffic light coloured competitor. Who'd just informed me that my order "might" arrive on the 27th. Anyway, I messaged C&A, and they could not have been more helpful. Polite, funny, super obliging. My order was on the truck on the Tuesday, and with me by the Thursday (22nd) morning. I got texts letting me know an approximate time, and one confirming that the order had been left as instructed. Written by a human, as well. Super impressed and would absolutely use again.”
