“Very unimpressed with the customer service. I have tried to contact Buytec but cannot get through, constant auto message gets played asking for your details to phone you back but no return call. Emails sent in but no reply. I still wish to get in contact so hopefully this will spark a response. If not I would amend this rating to very poor given the chance.”

“I wanted a replacement charging lead for my Samsung tablet and browsing online brought me to the Buytec website. Navigation was dead easy and the model and type of lead was easy to find. After placing my order, I received a confirmation email and subsequent emails about the status of my order. From placing the order to receipt of the lead took only two working days. I would recommend Buytec.”

“I returned the goods as they were not fit for purpose. I received no acknolwedgement or refund despite numerous emails and telephone calls. I will be taking further action to recover my money. In the meantime beware of this supplier....”
