“I have never had to write a poor review before but the service from Buytec is shocking! I ordered item on 9th July but didn't receive a dispatch confirmation. I emailed them on16th July to ask for dispatch date. Apparently it was 10th July and was told that a replacement would be issued if receipt hadn't been taken in 5 working days. I didn't realise they meant another 5 working days! I tried to contact them numerous times by telephone but no answer and emails weren't acknowledged if they didn't like them! I have finally received my item (on 28th July) but I would never use this supplier again and would urge caution to anyone else. I had read some good reviews but if you should have a problem with the order, don't guarantee on receiving a fast response. Very frustrating process!”

However, when you informed us that it had not been received on time, we asked if you could kindly wait a little longer to see if it would arrive. After you again indicated that it had not been received we moved to issue you with a replacement within the agreed timescale which we understand that you have now received.
