“After ordering the wrong hedge cutter and ordering the right hedge cutter they wouldn’t take the wrong one back when the right one got delivered so I had to pay for the return by another courier my self , happy with the item though”

“My order of 2 20l chain oil containers was shipped with 2 differnt courier's of the same firm on the same day. So I took one delivery in the morning and then another in the afternoon. This was confusing and I had to call Buxtons. Buttons were very helpful on the phone. Also this would have been frustrating if I had not been at home all day.”
