“Goods were dispatched within a couple of hours of ordering; can't argue with that. To say that I was kept updated with the dispatch/delivery process is an understatement; I'm not sure that I needed a total of 7 e-mails (including order confirmation and invoice)! But no grumbles; who'd want to hear nothing between clicking 'confirm order' and postie dropping the item on your doorstep? Great effort by Buxtons - thanks, Jon”

“Easy to order on line however their courier DX managed to separate the two parcels. A quick phone call to Buxtons got this quickly resolved and second parcel was delivered the next day. Great customer service from buxtons but delivery service they used not good at all”
