“Very good service, high quality products and prompt delivery. Only negative is delivery cost. I'm located on mainland UK but why are delivery charges higher to deliver to the Highlands? More specifically to Inverness which is a city!”

“Great customer service and very quick delivery. Overall very happy with the quality of the products, i did have one issue with one of the towels, which has a pulled thread (that is in the middle so its not just a loose thread that i pull out) but i cut the tags off and washed them before noticing. I would however still order from British Wholesales.”

“I did find the ordering a bit of a challenge and the order confirmation was not very easy to understand. I was not sure what i had actually ordered and there were no links back to the website to see items. I think you could significantly improve your website. The linens have all been excellent quality and when i discovered i had ordered too many double duvets you took them back and refunded me, so very happy with the service.”

“I ordered two single fitted cotton sheets, at first there was a mix up with me getting someone else’s order,however that was easily sorted. The single sheets when they came looked good quality however they are a very neat single. It was a job to get them to fit over the corners of the mattress. I have kept them but I am wondering if the seams on the corner will hold up as they are under strain because they are so tight fitting.”

“Quick supply, good price, good quality. Would definitely use again. Packaging could have been a little more secure and logical - finally found the hand towels at the bottom of a big box under other items. As others had taken the delivery it took a few days to confirm that everything was there.”

“Easy to order. Delivery updates sent regularly by email. The only thing that stops them being a 5 star is they are not using plastic free packaging. Fingers crossed for that to change soon.”

“I ordered and received a selection of Hand, bath and sheet towels for work. I have since washed them, air dried and to fluff up and decrease, a short tumble dry (light grey bath towels produced a lot of fluff in my dryer). Overall, I am very please with the quality and would recommend them. The quality is of a good standard and I will be ordering more. Thank you.”
