“Service was excellent however towels were of poor quality and white towels were cream coloured around borders, sadly had to return.”

“My first order of finest quality (maximum cotton threads per inch) hand towels (6) and bath towels (2) which were most promptly delivered. They possess a comparably nice quality feel in comparison with my existing (and tired out) John Lewis and IKEA towels and would order again my only criticism as such being that whereas in terms of size the hand towels are more than generous, their standard bath towels are a bit skimpy”

“Very good service, high quality products and prompt delivery. Only negative is delivery cost. I'm located on mainland UK but why are delivery charges higher to deliver to the Highlands? More specifically to Inverness which is a city!”

“Great customer service and very quick delivery. Overall very happy with the quality of the products, i did have one issue with one of the towels, which has a pulled thread (that is in the middle so its not just a loose thread that i pull out) but i cut the tags off and washed them before noticing. I would however still order from British Wholesales.”

“I did find the ordering a bit of a challenge and the order confirmation was not very easy to understand. I was not sure what i had actually ordered and there were no links back to the website to see items. I think you could significantly improve your website. The linens have all been excellent quality and when i discovered i had ordered too many double duvets you took them back and refunded me, so very happy with the service.”

“I ordered two single fitted cotton sheets, at first there was a mix up with me getting someone else’s order,however that was easily sorted. The single sheets when they came looked good quality however they are a very neat single. It was a job to get them to fit over the corners of the mattress. I have kept them but I am wondering if the seams on the corner will hold up as they are under strain because they are so tight fitting.”
