“Bought a customised size display box for a model ship bought by my late mother-in-law which had sentimental memories. The ship was gathering dust and looking a bit unloved - now cleaned and displayed in my new BOXXCO display case it looks a million dollars. Website easy to use. Love the fact you can specify your own dimensions, particularly like the black base. Easy to assembled with clear instructions Well made and great quality Definitely recommend and will likely order from BOXXCO again Very happy customer”

“Excellent quality, and sizes exactly as specified. Bit of a faff putting the various pieces together as it uses flat head screws, but the included mini screwdriver is pretty nice. Just a heads up, in UK at least they ship through Amazon, so I thought the emails I was receiving about an Amazon order were a scam, until it arrived! :)”

“What a truly beautiful product made to the highest standard delivered prompt and in great condition. Really easy to put together and makes my lego absolutely pop. The only thing that could of been clearer is how to place the supports in the base to hold the lego. But that did not affect my experience.”

“I have now bought 4 display cases, 2 of which arrived with scratches to the printed back ground, small but I know they are there. I bought cases for Artemis and Titanic at the same time and they were sent as 1 ridiculously large and unwieldy package and I was concerned I would break something in trying to open it.”

We're sorry to hear that two of your display cases arrived with minor scratches, and we understand how frustrating that can be. To make things easier, we issued a partial refund as requested, so you wouldn't need to dismantle the display boxes. For future reference, we do ask that any damage be reported with photos before assembly, as this helps us determine whether it occurred during transit or afterwards—something that can affect how we handle returns and refunds.
