“I have now bought 4 display cases, 2 of which arrived with scratches to the printed back ground, small but I know they are there. I bought cases for Artemis and Titanic at the same time and they were sent as 1 ridiculously large and unwieldy package and I was concerned I would break something in trying to open it.”

We're sorry to hear that two of your display cases arrived with minor scratches, and we understand how frustrating that can be. To make things easier, we issued a partial refund as requested, so you wouldn't need to dismantle the display boxes. For future reference, we do ask that any damage be reported with photos before assembly, as this helps us determine whether it occurred during transit or afterwards—something that can affect how we handle returns and refunds. “These are fantastic boxes for your Lego easy to assemble and sturdy. Will be purchasing more for my Grandsons collection off cars .Backgrounds are well worth the price.”

“Great company, I ordered the wrong item, apart from paying return postage ( which I was aware of), admin and customer service was excellent received prompt refund. I then ordered the correct Lego box”

“My first major Lego purchase and thought it needed a proper display case. The Boxxco case was an inspired purchase, really easy to assemble, worth the extra for the printed background and the base had the indents to fit the finished set exactly to prevent slipping while moving the case. Definately recommend.”

“Very prompt delivery - faster than the two week period stated when I purchased. Extremely well made boxes with cut outs for the bases - easy to assemble. The plastic is all well protected prior to commencing and remove the plastic protective cover and then assemble the boxes so no scratchesThe photographic backdrops enhance the appearance of the models and is worth paying extra for”

“The boxes are great quality. We had 2 boxes and didn't realise our instructions were in another box, so used YouTube to get the first one together. Its easy once you work out which attachments go where. The boxes themselves look amazing and definitely elevates the Lego displays!”

“First time buyer and really impressed with my Boxxco product. Well packaged, sturdy, and easy to put together. I got mine with a printed background and it really added to the display.
