“I have ordered from Boxxco before which the Titanic display case which was brilliant. But the Stitch display case came without the studs on the bottom. Boxxco sent them out but they didn't fit in the holes. So currently waiting if they replace the base”

Dear Glen, We're pleased to hear that your previous Titan display case exceeded your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the Stitch display case and the studs not being pre assembled in the base. Our team are commited to resolving this issue, and have therefore dispatched the studs so that these can be assembled into the base. I can see that you have been in communication with our customer care team who has assured you that they do fit into the base but they do need to be firmly pushed in. I can confirm that the base is not faulty and that a replacement base is not needed :) Once the studs are firmly pushed in, you will be able to complete the display box assembly. We have advised you that we can provide you with a demonstration video, however, we have not heard back from you. “I was very happy with the product and it looks very good with the Ferarri inside. I feel the price is a tad heavy to be fair, £105 was a lot of money.So with that in mind I need to be choosy on what Lego products I actually put into one of the boxes. Overall I am very happy with the product and can reccomend Boxxco. The delivery only took a week as well, I was informed if could take up two weeks to deliver. It was well packed as well.”

“I had a custom case made for my Admiral Adama statuette by QMX having purchased a similar case for my Moc Viper mkII I had to get another. Its no surprise that its brilliant and gives my Statuette a even more premium feel.”

“Sturdy and clear good quality acrylic panels. Had the matt base plate, it was nice and smooth instead of coarse like most matt finishes. Each base plate had studs for the minifigures and any small pieces with around a 3x3 stud base plate. They also have precise cutouts in the base plate to fit the exact set. The packaging is really good as bigger cases come with foam corners in the packaging to protect the corners of the flat packed case, they also come in plenty of bubble rap and all the panels are strapped toghether so they don't move around and scratch each other. Each panel including the base plate comes with protective film on both sides to protect from scratches, however on the base plate the protective film can sometimes get stuck around the intergrated studs but you can get it out with tweezers. The printed backgrounds are really good and would reccomend, although since they have a matt finish they look a bit more washed out than they look on the website so some improvement is needed there. Once built the whole thing is quite sturdy and the connector blocks for the corners that hold the panels toghether are good quality and there is no chance of stripping the thread in the block and getting the screw stuck in it. Overall would reccomend as it adds a bit of environmental feel around the set with the printed backgrounds and your set stays dust free only having to wipe a single smooth surface on top of the case every now and then. If those few improvements that I mentioned were fixed I would happily give it five stars because it would be about perfect.”

“This was my second purchase, first was for my lego BMW motorcycle, then for my custom built 1:12 model of Arun class Campbeltown Lifeboat, case is quite large but finishes my model off perfectly wish I had found Boxxco much sooner fantastic product.”

“First delivery and very impressed, 2 sides were damaged which was only the fault of delivery company. Nico replied to my email incredibly fast and had replacements made and shipped in a very fast manner. Overall experience is a 10/10 from me 😁👍🏻”

“I was in need of a case for my build of Fanhome's Enterprise-D. Having bought cases for LEGO models from BOXXCO before, I was sure their custom case would be a great option, and so it has proved. The case is large, but a straightforward and very sturdy build that both displays and protects the model beautifully. The printed backdrop is a very nice finishing touch. For a custom order, the timeframe for delivery was very reasonable, and the dimensions are precisely as ordered. I'm happy to recommend BOXXCO and will be buying from them again.”
