“I found the product to be damaged when putting it together and I am being excused of over tightening despite me never having this issue of the other 20 cases I have from Boxxco”

After reviewing the images provided, the damage appears consistent with stress around the screw holes, which can occur if the fixings are overtightened during assembly. However, we do understand that this may not have been your intention.
