“It has been 11 days since I placed an order, but I have not received anything yet. Four days ago, I received a message stating that my parcel had been delivered, which contradicts the tracking information from the courier. Every attempt to contact Boxraw has failed too, as each time I receive an AI-generated message indicating that they cannot find my order. Sending them my e-mail, order number, postcode, or even asking to connect with a live agent has not yielded any results. This is my first order from Boxraw, and I am still wondering whether such delays and false delivery confirmations are standard practice for them.”

“Very high quality wraps, they’re also very elastic which is a good quality to have for hand wraps. There are also small details on the warps in case you wrap your hands in a different way, for example there’s two places with Velcro in case you want to wrap them the traditional way or if you want to make a knuckle pad first. Very smart and intuitive. They also send a high quality mesh bag that comes with it. The only complaint I have is the bigger and thicker Velcro strap, it’s larger than most traditional wraps, but even with that in mind the product is still a 5 out of 5.”

“Découvert il y a 6mois, je suis tombé amoureux de cette marque de sport/boxe. La qualité des produits est très bien, les designs sont top (surtout la gamme sparring club). Très satisfait malgré un prix un peu haut. Très à l’aise pour boxer dans ces produits, je recommande à beaucoup de personnes, dont un ami qui a déjà passé 2 commandes.”
