“I’ve been waiting 2 months for a delayed order. I’ve contacted BoxRaw and they don’t even know where my order is. They’re telling me that customs is holding it, when in the tracking information they themselves have it shows the package left customs almost a month ago. TERRIBLE and SHAMEFUL management and shipping. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.”
