“Merci boxraw pour la collaboration avec des boxeurs comme Bivol et Nakatani. Un seul point faible pour ma part, le fait que les détails sur les t-shirts soit imprimé et non brodé c'est dommage et le prix. Si c'était plus abordable j'aurais déjà fait plusieurs commandes -> 60€ un t-shirt imprimé je trouve ça pas très accessible mais bon... Sinon c'est top merci!”

“The service from Boxraw is generally good and professional. However, there is one important area for improvement: the delivery time. It often takes quite a long time for orders to arrive. If a product then turns out not to be right, it takes even longer before the customer finally receives the correct item. This can be quite frustrating. From my own boxing club, where many members wear Boxraw, I can clearly see the strong interest in and loyalty to the brand. That’s why it’s unfortunate that there seems to be no opportunity for collaboration, such as offering discounts or partnerships for boxing clubs. Especially considering that we are based in the Netherlands and place frequent orders, this would be a logical and valuable step. In short: a strong brand with good service, but there are still opportunities to improve delivery times and develop more customer-focused collaborations.”
