“I love the cuts, but the printing on it is not high quality and everytime that I use a dryer I have an issue. Also, the replying time for the tickets we have is crazy long. I had tickets with a reply time over 2 weeks. Now it is being handled but because of that my order got delivered to the wrong country. It was supposed to take 1-3 days, so I ordered the tokyo dome tshirt to japan to wear at the fight, but I got the proper reply in 2 weeks so I had to change address and come back to ireland. Long story short, has a great potential in the designs and partnerships, however, cannot deliver it properly because of the bottlenecks in the operations. So i can hopefully rate it higher in the future. there is no live chat or phone option, it feels so helpless when you cannot get a reply over email for weeks. I think first things first, you need to change that.”
