“I've been a loyal customer for over four years, but unfortunately, I’ve seen a significant decline in quality. The materials feel cheaper, the stitching is weak, and the durability just isn’t what it used to be. On top of that, shipping has become a nightmare—orders take way too long to arrive, and tracking updates are unreliable. Customer service is just as bad—slow to respond and not very helpful when they finally do. It’s disappointing to see a brand I once trusted go downhill like this. I won’t be ordering again unless they make serious improvements.”

“Product: Ordered the Make' Em Miss Hoodie in a Size M on December 2. We are in Canada. We received the product on December 21st. The hoodie is exceptional quality but sadly it was a size too big. Boxraw returns was excellent. And this is no fault to the company but what anyone from Canada will want to be aware of is that the duty on this $109.00 hoodie was $45.49 to get it into Canada. Add the $24.08 to return the hoodie and another duty charge to get the Size S back into Canada was $54.17. So, this beautiful hoodie cost us $232.74. Like I said Boxraw was excellent & the hoodie is great quality but be aware of the extra duty charges. It took almost 2 months for this process from beginning to end & we shipped it back on the day we received it, December 21st.”

“Très bonne boutique ! 🥊💦🔥⚡🌪️ Article de très bonne qualité, les vestes sont sont belles, agréable à porter et de très bonne qualité : acheté récemment veste Harvey tricolore blanc/noir/beige et reçu en petit cadeau dans un petit carton accroché sur la veste une carte sur le boxeur "Len Harvey" avec son profil et son parcours de boxeur en rapport avec le nom de la veste en question. Je n'hésiterais pas à refaire une autre commande car l'ensemble Robinson Training m'intéresse ! D.D 🦁”

“For a different product, I tried to return it and it didn’t work, asked for it to be done manually by email, they got back to me, asked how I wanted the return, I replied but I was ghosted, still trying to return it.”
