“Came torn and customer support has been absolutely NO help. I’ve been going back and forth in emails with them for an entire week. They stop replying for HOURS at a time and then come back asking all the same questions over and over again. You end up just going in circles with them. So I got a torn hoodie and customer support is AWFUL”
