“I paid for full packing service as well as storage and removals. It was the best decision I could've made. The guys that did the packing were polite and mindful, and did whatever they could to minimise our stress. The packing was very quick, and so when the lorry arrived they had it all out in no time. The delivery was just as stress free as the removals, and the two guys that delivered our furniture were just as friendly and understanding. I would full recommend the full packing service, as anyone that has packed their own knows the stress it causes. I would also fully recommend Bournes, and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Communication was also excellent throughout.”

“Excellent service. Removed and stored a small amount of furniture for several years. All returned to us carefully and in excellent condition. Julia provided an excellent service organising the delivery with clear, prompt communication throughout.”

“Excepional service from Bournes Moves, they helped me every step of the way from my initial enquiry, booking the move, through to packing and the removal day. I opted to have Bournes pack for me and so glad I did, they took great care of all my possessions, and of both properties both moving out and into the new property. I would highly recomend them to anyone considering a removal company.”

“We’d previously used Bournes to move us from a house to a flat as a temporary measure before making a permanent move from Aylesbury to the north west. On the day of the move, Bournes transferred two containers we had in storage before removing the rest of our furniture and storage boxes from the flat. Because of the distance involved unloading was done in two lots, one half when we arrived and the second half the following morning. The team loading up, Ian, Evan and Jamie worked really hard to get us packed up on moving day and Ian and Evan did the unloading the other end. Ian in particular deserves a mention as he was very professional but was also very mindful of our things and took particular care with everything. Overall we were very happy with the service provided.”

“I would reccomend this company wholeheartedly, it was the best decision I made other than moving to a lovely village. I lived in a small cottage in a tiny street moving to a larger cottage in an even tinier street, many friends said why don't you just get some guy up the road, I am SO pleased that I sticked to my plan because these guys were absolutely amazing!! I would go for 10 stars if it was allowed!”

“The Bournes removals team arrived early , they were very polite and helpful. They did a fantastic job. My wife and I are moving in two stages the first stage was some of our possessions went into storage and a second stage was a direct move. Moving can be stressful but the removals team made it very easy. Couldn't recommend them higher. Very efficient and respectful.”

“Bournes are AMAZING! Moving country was SO hard, but they were so easy to deal with. When my visa got delayed, they stored my possessions and everything arrived immaculately. Thank you for all the care, love and attention you gave in supporting me with this transition. HIGHLY recommend.”

“They said it would take a day and a half, 3 days for a full day and 2 for the second half day. They turned up, checked the house, garage & garden, had a coffee and then started. Took the time they said with the guys they said. They have to pack some painitngs and fragile items for us, and even took some garden slabs, pebbles and cobbles we want to use in our new home. The guys were polite, hard working and very very efficient. I have confidence they will be the same when our contents come out of storage and is delivered to our new home. Would recommend Bournes based on them taking our home contents to store Thank you Fred, Rob & Jamie”
