“The Bournes team were beyond friendly, efficient and super hard working. They were a pleasure to deal with. We had Keith come to give us a quote- who was reassuring that it was all possible. Emily was our dedicated point of contact during the move and always a pleasure to speak to. Over the two days moving we had Scott and Matt who really went above and beyond and I still cannot get over how quickly but efficiently they safely wrapped and packed everything. They would take jenga to the next level- totally incredible. I would most certainly recommend Bournes Moves. Thank you very much for making the removal experience as smooth and stress free as possible especially while pregnant!”

“I can’t recommend Bournes highly enough. Everyone we had contact with was so friendly and professional. The 3 removal men were lovely, friendly and polite and so respectful of our possessions. They worked quickly and cleanly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was where we wanted it to be. Would definitely use again.”

“It was a Saturday move that cost more money. The movers were in a rush to finish, so they could go as early as possible. They were bashing furniture on the wall and banister, carrying too many items at one time, as they came downstairs. I asked them to slow down. 20 minutes later they were careless and caught the corner of a wardobe/cupboard on the door frame. A chunk of wood came away. This piece also has further damage to the paint. This was significant damage. There were scratches on a few items of furniture. I also had to ask them to carry the pictures and mirrors one at a time, so as not to risk damaging the frames. They carried one in each had - some of them quite large and glazed. The service on the day of the move was awful. The follow-up service the following week was just as bad. I was asked on the Monday how the move went, with no mention of the damage. I am now persuing a negligence claim with this company. I have to provide detailed photos and a quote to repair. I will never recommend them to anyone.”

“Bournes were incredibly organised, friendly, and helpful throughout the day. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, which made the whole process so much easier for us. On top of that, they brought such a positive and fun energy, which really helped to take the stress out of moving. It was a pleasure to have them around, and I’m very grateful for the excellent service.”

“Took all of the stress out of moving day for us. Jake handled all my queries and checked in the day before with an expected schedule. The crew arrived slightly early, all packed up and on the road ahead of schedule, including a tricky wardrobe. Nothing damaged and everything placed as directed on the other end while I stayed out of the way with the pets. Genuinely excellent experience, highly recommend.”

“I cannot recommend the Bournes team from Rye highly enough. The were absolutely professional throughout which meant the move was relatively stress free and without mishap. Nothing was too much trouble for the great moving team. Despite the numerous awkward corners of our 3 storey Victorian town house, they managed to get us out and moved very efficiently.”

“The 4 men that moved us were extremely helpful and all very pleasant and patient. I was very happy with Bournes from the initial meeting to the admin support and of course the professional team that moved us. I would definitely recommend them , thanks for making a stressful move much better!”

“Bournes made our 2 international moves and our need for long-term UK storage so easy. Really friendly helpful staff in the office warehouse and on location. Very quick to respond and provide information. Great communication during the process. Well packed and no damages. Would definitely recommend them, 5 stars!”

“In today's world it is all to rare to be able to talk to someone when trying to arrange something. Bourne's duck that trend and everyone I have had to liaise with at Bourne's have been extremely helpful and went the 'extra mile' to help. I cannot recommend Bourne's highly enough.”

“Great company to work with for our move from our home to storage in Rye then, some months later with delivery to Borehamwood. Very good communications throughout and transfer of our house contents went extremely well with no hiccups. Highly reccomended. Delivery was on time as arranged (For some reason I cannot tick any of the options below nor the stars above so * * * * * (five stars) and: - The Bournes team delivered on time (own driver) - There were no damages - Deivery was as scheduled by agreement with Bournes and ourselves. Well done, everyone.”
