“Fast delivery and great price. Had a small problem with one of the keys having been broken in the past (F key to right of middle C) and been re glued. Bonners extended the warranty for me just in case this caused a problem in the future. Excellent and positive service.”

“I'm enjoying my tyros 5 76 keys when I had it I did have to ring you about it because I had a problem with it and something missing but I did get it sorted the manual was very tatty. The sounds aren't as nice as my other one. I know I can't afford one, but what a part exchange price would it be for a Genos?”

“I had excellent service and response from this company. From the time I emailed asking to part/ex my music production machine until the time I received my new choice, it took only just over the week from first contact, until I was playing and enjoying the new keyboard. all the shipment from both myself and at their end was arranged by Bonners absolutely perfectly, even to the point that they sent a replacement box for me as (unfortunately I had not kept the original box from my machine) I felt I had exceptional service from this company, and would not hesitate to purchase again if I needed to.”
