“I enquired about a new internet connection and VOIP, requiring installation of a new line. Easy to get through. Melissa was friendly and professional - and explained all the options really well. I have spoken to several firms about this (including Zen and EE) but they were not able to help. I don't often give five-star reviews, but Melissa definitely deserves it!!”
