“Still giving daily % readings on my monitor (10%_30% in spite of the fact that I removed the monitor 3 weeks ago. - rubbish con set up.”

“Ordered oil. Paid for oil and had an agreement. Oil goes up, boilerjuice cancell order and tell me they cant keep to their side of the deal. Offer a £15 voucher oil up £170 on 500 litres. Boilerjuice never honoured the agreement we had”

“Ordering of oil is inconsistent. Last month we ran out despite chasing for an order to be placed. This month an order was placed when we had 25% capacity. I thought it was due to lead time of the order being delivered but it turned up 2 days later.”

“Had a really helpful telephone call when I was ordering, the oil came very speedily. * The only reason not 5 stars was that I didn't get a delivery note - admittedly didn't see the actual delivery, just a text saying they were a short distance away and would be with me shortly ... but I saw the text about 30 minutes later and missed seeing the delivery happen. Usually the driver leaves a delivery note.”

“My connected account was closed early March as it had been nothing but a problem from the start and I’ve been waiting for my refund ever since. It is now 22nd April. They even had the cheek to subtract a further £5.99 admin fee from the amount owed. No one answers the phones, no one answers the live chat, no one responds to e mails. Avoid at all costs, I’ll never use them again”

“Placed an order and paid in full just before the Ukraine conflict began. Then two weeks later as delivery was due they just cancelled my order. Checked the price at that point and it had more than doubled. Disgraceful behaviour, clear beach of contract and I have complained to the OFT. AVOID!”

“Ordered oil a week ago but had no confirmation E mail so attempted to ring the company , no answer , we left the phone in the queue for 2 hours!! Nobody is answering the web chat after numerous attempts so we now don’t know what to do? How do we contact this company?? If needs be I am prepared to drive to the office , £500 is a lot of money to us it’s ridiculous!! Is this company still trading??!!”
