“Shocking company takes payment then refuses to deliver when prices rise slow to refund. Prices lower for a reason my advice is to go directly.”

“1 star: Bad - cant give 0 Updated just now haven't delivered, canceled order not refunded money I had a confirmed order placed, last week canceled BY BOILERJIUCE 😡 following the oil price rise. 1000lts ordered on 24/02/2022 PAYMENT TAKEN - order confirmed 25/02/2022 confirmation order placed with supplies Watson fuels- to be delivered on or before 10/03/2022. Today 2/3/2022 after prices have risen, an email informing me of websites error and canceling my order liars and rip off merchants. Took the money with order and have not refunded as of 03/03/2022, oil price now up £200 on 1000ltrs, - have been with this company for years will not be using again please refund what you have taken under false pretenses this is theft. -I DO NOT INTEND TO EVER USE YOUR UNRELIABLE SERVICE AGAIN RETURN THE PAYMENT YOU TOOK. I will not be spending it with you.”

“Failed to deliver on time. Can’t get through on the phone as they are not accepting calls! I’ve emailed twice. On line chat takes forever and they couldn’t give a straight answer as when the delivery will be made. Messages on the chat are ‘be patient and they will let me know’. Shocking attitude to customer service!”

“Shocking service. They cancelled my order five days after accepting payment and undertaking to deliver it. I lost £100 at their prices as the cost rocketed by 20 ppl in those 5 days ! I ordered elsewhere and still lost over £60 due to their unbelievable error. They should repay me my loss”

Boiler Juice have continually ordered me the minimum amount 500L on an urgent order tariff despite us already having half a tank. Chat timing out and no response to emails and calls disabled. unhappy customer.”

Message the company three times over a month ago regarding payment plan and have still not had a reply. Impossible to sort out any problems you encounter with this company.”

“Order placed and paid for on Thu 24/02/22. Email received Wed 02/03/22 advising 'unable to fulfill order', stating local supplier unable to provide the oil and that Boiler Juice had 'made every effort to fulfill the order' but have had to cancel it. Imagine my surprise when I log back on to Boiler Juice and can easily place an order for delivery...at £90 more! Unable to provide the oil? I don't think so, more like 'able to make more profit out of customers'. I have shopped around today and found Certas to be considerably cheaper. Sad to see another company motivated by greed and not customers. I won't be back.”
