Appauling custoemr service. Delivery now 7 days late and no communication on why or when my heating oil will be delivered. Impossible to contact via phone. Live chat a complete waste of time. Don't use this company - call the suppliers direct

Oil ordered, oil paid for, SMS and email arrived saying oil would arrive, the big day arrived but brought not a drop of oil. Useless and uncontactable company, Customer Service Dept. AWOL!! Now sitting in my kitchen with coat and scarfe on!!!

Signed up for connected service, after two months no meter had arrived, payment was taken, no reply from company after numerous emails. Webcam gave the usual promise of getting back in touch once they had any clue as to what had happened to my order.

Ordered oil it didn’t arrive by the date agreed now told it will be another three weeks before I receive the oil .I will run out in the next few days so will have no heating/hot water and have an ill husband who will deteriorate .

I had a delivery from boiler juice , the tanker has driven over my lawn and smashed the drive edging, I’ve tried calling and emailing but as yet I have had no reply, I will be seeking legal advice if my complaint keeps being ignored!

One of the most unprofessional, rude & incompetent organisation that I have dealt with. I’ll be buying oil directly from individual & local suppliers with the knowledge that they will be accountable to maintain a customer base while reducing the carbon footprint.

At the time of ordering Boiler Juice advertised best price guaranteed. When our oil arrived it was 5pence a litre more than Banwy Oil charged if I had gone direct to them. I was stone walled by Boiler Juice when I complained. They said I has to prove it was that price the day I ordered. It was. They were unheplful, and never replied to messages. If you are going to offer best price Guaranteed and not deliver it is misleading and false advertising. Check before you buy from this company.

I am still waiting for the Connected monitor and have been for nearly two months despite various requests and promises. I had to pay a significant premium to get an express delivery because oil was running low and was not being monitored. I spoke with someone about this a week ago and still have no idea when I will be connected.

Ordered fuel 4 December and received confirmation it would be delivered on or before 17 December. After that date past with no updates I chased via their chat service and was given a new date on or before 23 December. No fuel arrived so chased again on several chats. First they confirmed it would arrive on that day then via email was told a new date would be set. Chased several more times only to be told the oil supplier was responsible and not Boiler Juice. Now left with no fuel 2 days before Christmas. Unbelievably poor level of service. Even if the oil supplier had let them down there was no communication to me, no follow up and then no accountability/responsibility to put right. In the end they shared the supplier details with me. I contacted direct and arranged the order. Do not use. Might save a few pence on the order but not worth the delays and lack of support.

I've never written a bad review before today. We order our oil several weeks in advance and I called BJ twice in the week before our agreed delivery date to double check the delivery was going ahead as scheduled, as we were getting low. Both times I was told yes, all is in hand. The driver turned up on Friday 17th Dec and had accidentally brought the larger tanker rather than the baby tanker we requested. He said he would return later that day in the smaller vehicle (we had requested this from the outset and it was confirmed three times to us by BJ). The driver never came back. I called Boiler Juice later that day for an update and they said the company couldn’t deliver in a small vehicle before January 6th (20 days later). I realise it is tricky over the Christmas period but BJ were very unhelpful and reminded me they were simply ‘middle men’ who take payment and had no ability or responsibility to ensure things ran smoothly between us and the companies they recommend! Very disappointed with their service and will not be using them again.

I waited in all day for Friday delivery. No contact from company. Most delivery companies use mobile phone if they have a query NOT THIS ONE !The Boiler Juice site is most unhelpful...emails get standard it will take days and chat was closed and no phone number on site.After hours waiting on phone to supplier I was promised a call back Monday morning. They failed to call back. I spent half an hour just getting through to be told my site considered unsafe. The driver had not called me and had looked in the wrong place.I would never use this company again. I am left with no heating oil and no apology !Meantime as they have taken over £900 payment up front I will have to fork out to another supplier and wait days for a refund.

Boiler juice gave me a quote ,I accepted the quote ,paid for the oil,recieved acceptance e mail ,following day received a confirmation e mail all good ,then out of the blue they informed me a mistake had been made on the price quoted and I would have to pay a further 200 pounds ,not on, if you made a mistake you should have to stick to the quote you gave and accepted the payment for. Doubt I will use them again.
