Checking local suppliers 16.3.20 I found that this company is engaged in rampant profiteering. One company, The Heating Oil Club offered 1000 litres for £327 whilst BoilerJuice was £435. Stay way from them.

Follow up review.... Tuesday 17th. After 5 days no delivery of oil no response no reply to any emails despite their promise of a 48 response. Had to call again today. 5 phone calls to finally speak to an advisor to cancel my order! 5 days for refund couldn’t care less they are scammers taking money ... ordering oil from the cheapest company but what they don’t tell you is this. You need to wait until someone else in your area orders as well to keep the price down .... big fat scammers this company breaks all the rules it should be shut down ASAP. Avoid like the plaque please it’s stressful ordering.... So all in all they will have had my hard earned cash for almost 5 weeks and no sign of even a trickle of oil ...Shame on you scammers I’m reporting you today !!!!

Dear Customer, We sincerely apologise that your oil did not arrive in the expected delivery window. For the last month, we have seen an increase in demand and also customer enquiries. Our phone lines before the Coronavirus were always a top priority and we had a range of customer service agents ready to take calls. We accept that there were longer waiting times on the phones than normal and that our response times via email had become slightly longer. All the staff here at BoilerJuice care about our customers and we can appreciate how stressful it can be not running low on heating oil. Regarding our website and how it works, we work with a range of suppliers who provide their best prices in our system. Our system will then compare all these prices and provide the customer with the lowest price. As you have stated, we do offer more discounts if people in your area also order. These discounts are available every day but we recommend people who are looking for bigger group discounts to buy on a weekend, as we will group over three days instead of one. We can assure your BoilerJuice is not breaking any rules, we are not scamming our customers and we are being transparent on how our discounts and website work. We apologise that your experience this time was not satisfactory and we will use all your feedback provided to improve our services.
Waited beyond the expected delivery date this time. Still has not arrived. Have contacted them twice but not had a delivery date yet and our oil has nearly run out Have used Boilerjuice for over 20 years and always had good service. This will be the last time we order oil from boilerjuice

Absolutely don’t use this appalling joke of a company. Ordered oil as a new customer on 27th Feb total £295. Delivery confirmed for Thursday 12th March . No oil no response! It’s now the 14th March . No email explaining anything. When you call you are in a queue after 20 minutes they cut you off. Called today Saturday the advisor confirmed she couldn’t explain why my order hadn’t arrived then clarified she couldn’t confirm delivery until Monday . Any refund takes 3/5 working days . So still no oil no refund no confirmation of delivery. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with give them a huge body swerve . Took my money and ran how dare they this is theft ? Keep clear this is a genuine customer I’m so angry 😠.

Terrible, unresponsive customer service. Did not deliver oil until 10 days late with no contact and no explanation. No response to continued messaging via email and website contact form. Don’t answer phone, after 20 minutes on hold was cut off. Save yourself time and frustration and go elsewhere.

Horrendous customer service. Avoid this company. Later delivery which resulted in having to buying an emergency box...2 phones called I was promised a credit on my account. This never happened. Numerous emails never answered. Near impossible to get through, after twenty minutes on hold they just hang up on you

i took a leap of faith and signed up to this company for a year to provide my oil on their auto top up and monitoring service. I have to say very happy with it, i pay monthly - oil is automatically sent to me when i need it.

Boiler juice.....Boiler joke... Second time been let down for delivery Boiler now failed as oil run out with no alternative delivery date Can not get through to customer service after 20mins queuing on call And I’ve paid in advance so currently £400 out of pocket while I have to wait .....absolute sharks

Quote from BoilerJuice was more than local suppliers. I ordered oil from a local supplier who was not only cheaper but delivered the oil a lot quicker, two days. Then got numerous emails from boilerjuice asking why I didn't order with them. Strangley the "unsubcribe" button in the email didn't work, had to phone them to get off their list. Moral is ......... go direct to a local supplier, only three quick phone calls got a cheaper quote, afterall BoilerJuice has to get it's money from somewhere because they don't sell oil they're just agents. It is in the local suppliers interest to give you a good service.

Disgusted with boiler juice. They used to provide a good service with prompt delivery. Now the last two times they have failed delivery times, and then make excuses that the drivers can't find you, despite the fact that you have had oil deliveries for years and years. Will not be using them again.

I have had a number of issues with this company and each time say I will not use them again but do in hope the it was just a odd error. I place my order paid extra for it to be delivered early on Friday 6th March as we were about to run out. Order did not come on Friday had a message from oil company NWF saying the order would come on sat but gave no reason as to why it was late. sat no delivery Sunday No delivery Monday and Tuesday no oil tank now dry no heating😡 I have emailed a few times left messages and not a call back saying sorry or what’s gone wrong. Tonight had a generic message saying will have oil delivered on Wednesday 🤔 nothing about why it’s late or the offer of a refund or discount. They need to learn the basics of Good Customer Service. Tried them once.......never again! No oil delivery on arranged date or indeed for 3 days after. Fobbed off like many others with the 20 minutes on hold only to be cut off. Terrible customer service, would recommend shop elsewhere at all costs.

Do not use this company please! They delivered our oil to our neighbour by mistake although the delivery details were correct, took our money, left us without heating and refused to help us or answer our questions. Please save yourself grief and do not order from them , they do not care about customer service .

I placed my order with Boilerjuice neither received an order confirmation nor confirmation of the delivery date despite making it abundantly clear the access gate is kept locked resulting in a wasted journey for the delivery company. The price was not competitive either, definitely will NOT be using Boilerjuice again. Better value ringing the 2/3 suppliers out there yourself and negotiating. Just received my credit card statement so I now know exactly much my invoice was!

Original order (2389293) - Oil delivered to the wrong property 10th January 2020. Still to be fully resolved, still awaiting full refund plus compensation. Took over 5 weeks to establish that oil had been misdelivered. By then I'd ordered elsewhere as oil tank fuels my primary heating/cooking sources (plus it has been cold and wet for most of this year). Despite informing BoilerJuice on the 27th Feb. that there was little space in my tank (and so I required no further oil) a week later I was given less than 24 hours notice that a delivery had been arranged for today (6th March). I should not have to constantly chase this up with BoilerJuice. However, yesterday (5th March) in response to this I: ⦁ Sent several emails to BoilerJuice. ⦁ Attempted to reply to the text message sent to me (I'm guessing it was a 'no-reply' type number). ⦁ Made a number of attempts to contact BoilerJuice on the phone to discuss this. On each occasion I was in the queue for over 20 minutes, after which a message was played along the lines of "No customer service advisors are available at present, please try later". I was then cut-off. I effectively spent over an hour of my time yesterday, waiting on the phone to follow up on a problem that BoilerJuice have created. I have also had to arrange (at extremely short notice) for someone to wait at my property today to explain to the delivery driver that no additional oil was to be pumped into my tank. If the delivery had been made, this would have resulted in spillage, damage and environmental impact which BoilerJuice would have been held accountable for. Overall (at present): 2 x phonecalls made to BoilerJuice. No 'Supervisors' available on at least one of the calls. This doesn't include several attempts to get through when put on hold for 20+ minutes and then cut off. 15 emails sent to BoilerJuice. 6 replies received from BoilerJuice, not including automated/redirectional responses. Replies did not answer a number of questions/points raised and were often sparse or evasive. It is completely unreasonable to expect a customer to wait for several weeks without oil and so I had no option but to order a second delivery from an alternative fuel distributor whilst you conducted your investigations. Whilst I appreciate that an investigation may take some time, as your findings appear to have finally established that my original order was delivered to the wrong property (and through no fault of mine) you should have no difficulty arranging for a full refund of the amount originally paid to BoilerJuice, along with a full refund of my tank account. As mentioned in my previous emails, a redelivery is not an option, so kindly arranged for a full refund as requested. I do not expect to incur or be charged for any administrative, cancellation or penalty type fees. Once you have returned the money already owed to me I will be looking to seek recompense for the delay, significant inconvenience and any associated costs. *Please ensure that this complaint is escalated to the highest level and fully addressed. This company has the worst customer service department I have ever dealt with. Their supplier FORGOT to put what we now know was an air vent back on our tank, said they used this method to fill up our tank as it was easier and overfilled the tank. I could go on - I was so lucky I noticed the air vent lying outside my tank...... Do not use this company, if you have a problem, they will not solve it.

I've been using BoilerJuice for a few years and have been very happy until my last delivery on Monday. I ordered 700 litres. There were 50-100 litres in the tank on Monday morning before the oil was delivered. The tank hold 1000 litres so I expected the guage to read 3/4 full after the delivery. Instead it read just over half. I tried to ring but there was a 20 minute wait to speak to someone. I e-mailed with a photo and it said I should get a reply within 48 hours. I'm still waiting. Tried to ring again and still a 20 minute wait for a reply. I'm disgusted by their attitude. I won't be using them again and I won't be recommending them. Their oil isn't cheap when you're paying for something you haven't received.

I have been a customer of boilerjuice for over 10 years, they WERE very good, obviously something has gone drastically wrong, taken a month to get an urgent delivery, Tried to speak to the Manager there but told "they are all in an internal meeting so too busy " Obviously internal meetings come before customer issues. I will now delete my account and just go direct. Prices are the same or sometimes less by going to the suppliers direct.
