Quote from BoilerJuice was more than local suppliers. I ordered oil from a local supplier who was not only cheaper but delivered the oil a lot quicker, two days. Then got numerous emails from boilerjuice asking why I didn't order with them. Strangley the "unsubcribe" button in the email didn't work, had to phone them to get off their list. Moral is ......... go direct to a local supplier, only three quick phone calls got a cheaper quote, afterall BoilerJuice has to get it's money from somewhere because they don't sell oil they're just agents. It is in the local suppliers interest to give you a good service.

Disgusted with boiler juice. They used to provide a good service with prompt delivery. Now the last two times they have failed delivery times, and then make excuses that the drivers can't find you, despite the fact that you have had oil deliveries for years and years. Will not be using them again.

I have had a number of issues with this company and each time say I will not use them again but do in hope the it was just a odd error. I place my order paid extra for it to be delivered early on Friday 6th March as we were about to run out. Order did not come on Friday had a message from oil company NWF saying the order would come on sat but gave no reason as to why it was late. sat no delivery Sunday No delivery Monday and Tuesday no oil tank now dry no heating😔 I have emailed a few times left messages and not a call back saying sorry or what’s gone wrong. Tonight had a generic message saying will have oil delivered on Wednesday šŸ¤” nothing about why it’s late or the offer of a refund or discount. They need to learn the basics of Good Customer Service. John Crewe

Tried them once.......never again! No oil delivery on arranged date or indeed for 3 days after. Fobbed off like many others with the 20 minutes on hold only to be cut off. Terrible customer service, would recommend shop elsewhere at all costs.

Do not use this company please! They delivered our oil to our neighbour by mistake although the delivery details were correct, took our money, left us without heating and refused to help us or answer our questions. Please save yourself grief and do not order from them , they do not care about customer service .

I placed my order with Boilerjuice neither received an order confirmation nor confirmation of the delivery date despite making it abundantly clear the access gate is kept locked resulting in a wasted journey for the delivery company. The price was not competitive either, definitely will NOT be using Boilerjuice again. Better value ringing the 2/3 suppliers out there yourself and negotiating. Just received my credit card statement so I now know exactly much my invoice was!

Original order (2389293) - Oil delivered to the wrong property 10th January 2020. Still to be fully resolved, still awaiting full refund plus compensation. Took over 5 weeks to establish that oil had been misdelivered. By then I'd ordered elsewhere as oil tank fuels my primary heating/cooking sources (plus it has been cold and wet for most of this year). Despite informing BoilerJuice on the 27th Feb. that there was little space in my tank (and so I required no further oil) a week later I was given less than 24 hours notice that a delivery had been arranged for today (6th March). I should not have to constantly chase this up with BoilerJuice. However, yesterday (5th March) in response to this I: ⦁ Sent several emails to BoilerJuice. ⦁ Attempted to reply to the text message sent to me (I'm guessing it was a 'no-reply' type number). ⦁ Made a number of attempts to contact BoilerJuice on the phone to discuss this. On each occasion I was in the queue for over 20 minutes, after which a message was played along the lines of "No customer service advisors are available at present, please try later". I was then cut-off. I effectively spent over an hour of my time yesterday, waiting on the phone to follow up on a problem that BoilerJuice have created. I have also had to arrange (at extremely short notice) for someone to wait at my property today to explain to the delivery driver that no additional oil was to be pumped into my tank. If the delivery had been made, this would have resulted in spillage, damage and environmental impact which BoilerJuice would have been held accountable for. Overall (at present): 2 x phonecalls made to BoilerJuice. No 'Supervisors' available on at least one of the calls. This doesn't include several attempts to get through when put on hold for 20+ minutes and then cut off. 15 emails sent to BoilerJuice. 6 replies received from BoilerJuice, not including automated/redirectional responses. Replies did not answer a number of questions/points raised and were often sparse or evasive. It is completely unreasonable to expect a customer to wait for several weeks without oil and so I had no option but to order a second delivery from an alternative fuel distributor whilst you conducted your investigations. Whilst I appreciate that an investigation may take some time, as your findings appear to have finally established that my original order was delivered to the wrong property (and through no fault of mine) you should have no difficulty arranging for a full refund of the amount originally paid to BoilerJuice, along with a full refund of my tank account. As mentioned in my previous emails, a redelivery is not an option, so kindly arranged for a full refund as requested. I do not expect to incur or be charged for any administrative, cancellation or penalty type fees. Once you have returned the money already owed to me I will be looking to seek recompense for the delay, significant inconvenience and any associated costs. *Please ensure that this complaint is escalated to the highest level and fully addressed. This company has the worst customer service department I have ever dealt with. Their supplier FORGOT to put what we now know was an air vent back on our tank, said they used this method to fill up our tank as it was easier and overfilled the tank. I could go on - I was so lucky I noticed the air vent lying outside my tank...... Do not use this company, if you have a problem, they will not solve it.

Never had a problem with boiler juice until nos Ordered 700Lites 5th feb for delivery 20th Didn’t turn up Couldn’t get through on phone Was told by email they couldn’t deliver for at least another week Ask to cancel and was time 5 days to get my money back Have a disabled wife and no oil No money to put for more Dreadful

I've been using BoilerJuice for a few years and have been very happy until my last delivery on Monday. I ordered 700 litres. There were 50-100 litres in the tank on Monday morning before the oil was delivered. The tank hold 1000 litres so I expected the guage to read 3/4 full after the delivery. Instead it read just over half. I tried to ring but there was a 20 minute wait to speak to someone. I e-mailed with a photo and it said I should get a reply within 48 hours. I'm still waiting. Tried to ring again and still a 20 minute wait for a reply. I'm disgusted by their attitude. I won't be using them again and I won't be recommending them. Their oil isn't cheap when you're paying for something you haven't received.

I have been a customer of boilerjuice for over 10 years, they WERE very good, obviously something has gone drastically wrong, taken a month to get an urgent delivery, Tried to speak to the Manager there but told "they are all in an internal meeting so too busy " Obviously internal meetings come before customer issues. I will now delete my account and just go direct. Prices are the same or sometimes less by going to the suppliers direct.

Boiler Juice used to be good .In Cornwall they used to use MITCHELL AND WEBBER who were excellent . Now there using CERTAS who are rubbish. Boiler Juice are totally spineless and will not stand up to CERTAS and fight the customers corner . Been waiting 15 days now for my order and no further forward .

Had most awful experience, 3 supposedly attempted deliveries of oil and never came. We had 3 year old in the house and they still wouldnt rectify a problem never called me back, we were freezing for nearly 2 weeks. Never ever use this supplier as they lie and never ever get back to you.

No delivery of oil. 6 phone calls to Boiler juice later and still no delivery and no information from boiler juice. The promised emails and phone calls from boiler juice giving me info on the non delivery never came so eventually I cancelled the order and went direct to a local supplier. Will never use boiler juice again

Dreadful customer service. My tank account totalled £90 but I received a statement stating the total was £7.56. Despite a number of emails and calling customer service on numerous occasions, I received no response. Further action now being taken. Steer clear of this appalling company.

Connected service is a very very expensive way to buy oil. Firstly you are charged £6.08 per month for the monitoring system which they advertise as free (this is a subscription cost they do not tell you about) secondly when they order you a top up of oil they send small amounts so the pay the highest cost per litre of oil.

I got an online quote on the boilerjuice website today for red diesel. They quoted £693 for 900 litres I rang my local supplier that they use as well and they quoted me a massive £197 less. After ordering it from my local supplier boilerjuice emailed me asking why I had not placed an order and offering me £40 off of a wine order if I tell them why I did not place an order. So I told them of the enormous difference in price. Within one hour they emailed a price drop in my area and 900 litres now only cost £402. This order was placed by me for my elderly neighbour who was quite happy paying the massively inflated price believing that this independent price comparison website would give him the best deal available, how wrong we both were. Steer well clear and just shop around. Almost feel as if we were being cheated out of his money, what a dreadful company. They really should be ashamed of themselves and anybody who works for them who knows this goes on.

Never ever ever order from boiler juice. I never write reviews on things but If I’d read how bad this company was I probably wouldn’t have ordered. The first time I ordered from them they delivered 3 days late, which was annoying but I still had oil and the oil company it was being delivered with knew the property so I didn’t need to wait home for it. Although I wasn’t happy with the first experience of BoilerJuice and their poor customer service I just dealt with the oil company delivering and they were great. I used BoilerJuice again, and what a mistake that was. I paid for the emergency delivery but no delivery was made. No oil company was contacted by then but money taken from my account. They didn’t even let me know, I had to call them to see why I hadn’t had a delivery. As it was new year all the oil companies were busy so the next delivery would have been 5 days later, that’s if they actually sorted it. No apologies were made and they couldn’t care less. I called the oil company direct who were going to supply the oil 5 days later with boiler juice, they quoted me Ā£91 cheaper!!!!!! A MASSIVE difference and booked a delivery for 2 days later. It didn’t really make sense what boiler juice were saying. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER WITH THIS AWFUL, RUDE AND INCOMPETENT COMPANY

Boiler juice failed to deliver just prior to Christmas. They didn’t contact me for a number of days and then by email as they state in an email ā€œwe are too busy to contact customers by phoneā€. I have to spend an additional Ā£400 on an emergency order with the supplier who were amazing rather than run out of oil over Christmas and new year. Boiler juice simply not interested saying ā€œthey don’t have a contract with meā€ despite me paying them for a service - not sure that is even legally true ! AVOID

I ordered on the 6th December and was promised delivery on the 20th. Nothing came. Contacted boiler juice and they said the delivery is scheduled by the supplier for the 24th and should they be unable to deliver it will be delivered on the 26th. My monitor was already blinking red on the 20th. Have rung them up today and 8.00 at 10.15 and 12.00 and all I am getting is we are trying to sort it out. I rang the supplier at 2.00 and he was much more helpful and will do his best to deliver today - otherwise if we runout, the system will need to be bled - before the boiler will work. Will never use Boiler Juce again. In the past I have had good experience.
