“Good until something goes wrong. I have never experienced such terrible customer service, paid a premium for a set delivery date. Nothing arrived, so chased a customer service team that where powerless to influence anything, couldn’t tell you anything. Absolutely shocking service. GO direct with suppliers who deliver the oil and not the middle man.”

We are really sorry to hear your delivery was not completed within the time specified by the supplier, and the subsequent issues with communication around this. The supplier has confirmed that due to issues with vehicle breakdowns and the volume of orders received there was a delay with some deliveries, we really are sorry that your order was affected by this. The suppliers do try their very best to deliver all orders within the expected time, however sometimes delays are unavoidable. We do understand that the key point is around communication, and we are working hard with the suppliers to improve the lines of communication so we can keep our customers as up to date as possible with their orders. “Unfortunately the very early (by 9/10 days) of my heating oil, meant that the tank did not have enough room to take the amount I'd ordered. The notification of delivery arrived after the delivery. I paid in full at the time of order, but have not yet received a credit (£80 ish) as my online account says that the full amount was delivered. The print out from the tanker shows the reduced amount, so the discussions continue.”

“I found the tank level monitoring system uncontrollable as orders were placed on my behalf regardless of weather I thought i needed it. It therefore gave the best price at that point but may not have been what I wanted to pay. Also the monthly tariff for the SIM card in the monitor made the whole order more expensive. So i have chosen to opt out. I will probably order from Boiler Juice but on my terms”
