“Unable to contact boiler juice by phone. Have never been able to get through on live chat, just left with message wait for an advisor. Message the company three times over a month ago regarding payment plan and have still not had a reply. Impossible to sort out any problems you encounter with this company.”

“Order placed and paid for on Thu 24/02/22. Email received Wed 02/03/22 advising 'unable to fulfill order', stating local supplier unable to provide the oil and that Boiler Juice had 'made every effort to fulfill the order' but have had to cancel it. Imagine my surprise when I log back on to Boiler Juice and can easily place an order for delivery...at £90 more! Unable to provide the oil? I don't think so, more like 'able to make more profit out of customers'. I have shopped around today and found Certas to be considerably cheaper. Sad to see another company motivated by greed and not customers. I won't be back.”

“I had a delivery from boiler juice , the tanker has driven over my lawn and smashed the drive edging, I’ve tried calling and emailing but as yet I have had no reply, I will be seeking legal advice if my complaint keeps being ignored!”

“Although I ordered the cheapest offer ie about 10 days delivery it came within 2 days which was not a problem but had I wanted it to be delivered on that day it would have cost me a further £60. I think price difference is rather large.”
