“I was so excited to make a purchase from Blakely, but unfortunately I wasn’t happy with the leggings I purchased. The material was absolutely rubbish. They bobbled after the first wash. And after ironing them they melted straight through. I haven’t been able to wear them. And it was a complete waste of money.”

“The clothing is nice and a good quality. Unfortunately the sizing on the leggings is not accurate and needs to be updated on the website as it’s misleading to customers. I also believe that free returns should be a standard procedure for Blakely customers, due to size being inaccurate I had to pay for the return.”

“Previously purchased shorts & jumpers which are great & comfortable, thought I’d try the active wear but was disappointed with the lack of support the clothing gave, although the material was lovely and soft it’s more suitable for lounging in my opinion”

“Only thing that lets Blakely down is paying for a return. I don’t believe items brought online should be subject to a returns shipping charge and for that reason I would not buy from here again. Good quality items apart from that.”
