“I'm fully aware it an over sized product. XS was not available. I'm a size 8 and purchased the 'Small' as it was the only size available and I look ridiculous. Quality is fantastic but sizing is terrible.”

“Blakely is such a lovely company and did email me offering an apology that the coat was sent with a letter coming off, otherwise blakely is the best place to get great quality clothing that are my go too now whenever I need new clothing”

“I had problems with delivery and unfortunately it was over the Christmas break so trying to get support online was difficult although I do feel like when the office was open the responses were timely and supportive. The clothing itself is lovely just disappointed in the leggings.”

“The sweatpants arrived quickly after ordering them. However if they are a medium I’d hate to see a large!!!!!!! After finding they were far too big no paperwork was included so unable to return. Will think twice before ordering again”
