“Good afternoon, I am following up on my email sent on 7th September regarding my order #1719939. Tracking shows it as delivered, but I have not received it, and despite checking with my neighbours, the parcel is still missing. It has now been over a week since I first contacted you and I have not received any response. Please treat this matter as urgent and confirm the next steps to either locate the item or arrange a replacement/refund. This order was intended for my partner’s 30th birthday, which has now passed, and the lack of communication has been very disappointing. If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this further through my payment provider. I would appreciate your prompt attention to resolving this matter.
