“have emailed the customer service team a few times and I haven’t heard anything back. Unfortunately I live in a block of flats and my parcel was left outside my front door. When I returned home it was gone. I checked with all my neighbours but they hadn’t seen it. No one has bothered to contact me. As a company you’re so hard to get hold of.”

“The first time I have bought clothing from Blakely for my wife and i'm yet to receive the order. Its been sat in Royal Mail's depot for around a week. Don't think the 48hour delivery time is correct. Who knows when or if i'll ever receive the clothing?”

“Great shipping time. Lovely top but washed it and the colour of the blue ran in to the white lining. A real shame. I have written two emails to resolve this problem but not heard back from Blakely.”

“I placed my order through the U.S. site, but it was shipped from the U.K., which resulted in unexpected duty fees of $38. The package was then held by DHL, and when I reached out for support, I was only met with automated AI responses repeating the same generic reassurance for 10 days. When I finally heard back from a human representative, I was told it was my responsibility to resolve the issue with DHL and arrange a return, offering no real assistance. This is highly disappointing and irresponsible customer service. No matter how good the products may look, the experience of hidden fees, lack of communication, and refusal to take accountability leaves a very negative impression. I think it’s important for others to know what they might encounter before ordering.”
