“Placed an order for two items of clothing on 19th December. It is now 4th January and still to receive items. Despite making contact with Blakely, they passed the buck to Royal Mail and I can’t make a complaint to Royal Mail as it has to be the sender who files any complaints for missing items. Will be forced to go through credit card to get money back.”

“The site let me order an item for my partner that wasnt in stock but instead of telling me it wasnt in stock they replaced it with the wrong sized item, no notice or warning given. Though they have been helpful with the return (yet to receive a refund) I wouldnt recommend.”
