“Not easy to return took me ages using the return process then couldn’t retrieve the download and didn’t receive an email. Impossible to change as everything was out of stock so will have to pay for postage.”

“Never buying from Blakey again…Firstly it took ages to be delivered then when it finally arrived the hoodie seemed to be three sizes too big. Although I ordered a large so it fit oversized, it was like a 3XL. The material was nice but you could’ve got three people in there. Then when I came to return it, they charged £3.50 to return and I’d also used a promo code to get a discount which they said they would also be deducting from my refund which didn’t even make sense because that’s not what I had paid. So all in all I ended up waiting ages for a hoodie that was 3 sizes too big and I’m nearly ten pounds out of pocket for the experience.”
