“Its very difficult if you have been bought something as a gift. You have to raise a return, then request a voucher, return the parcel, wait for the voucher to be sent to the person who bought the gift then you finally get a code to use. If you try to exchange your item nothing is in stock for you to do so. I had to liaise with 4-5 people to get the relevant information and still never got told how to have a refund as that would have been easier and i would have bought from somewhere else. Refund process is very long. You pay for returns yourself approx £3.50 for a top and bottoms.”

“The only thing i would say is its a shame that Blakely dont do young person sizes eg 8-9 ,9-10 10-11 ages etc ,this was bought for 10 year old as yet sges not tried it but hoping its not absolutely massive. It was difficult to find the smallest size in different colours very limted choice”

“Poor customer service. I submitted a return at the end of December, I received a confirmation email 03.01.26 stating they had received the return however I am still yet to receive my refund. I have sent numerous emails and queries regarding this however I have not had any response or update. I am very disappointed in the customer service of this company and the lack of communication.”
