“Purchased from before and happy with product and service However I placed an order for this Christmas and the wrong items were sent I have been trying to get this resolved for over a week and still my orders not been dispatched and they are asking what’s missing from the order? But it’s the whole lot still not been dispatched They made the mistake but insisted I return the goods they sent in error before even entertaining rectifying their error (trying to get a returns label was impossible) Unable to contact by phone.. everything is email with different people replying each time Just be warned if they get your order wrong it’s the worse customer service experience you will come across”
