“The customer service at Blakely was absolutely amazing and the best I have received from any company . Once I contacted the customer service team regarding the issue they replied immediately. They dealt with the issue straight away with such understanding and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company and will be ordering from them again . If only all customer services were as good as BLAKLEY, well done team for such attentiveness.”

“I had a good experience with Blakely. It only took a day or 2 to arrive and was nicely packaged. My sweater didn't smell at all funny as some people have mentioned in their reviews ! I haven't worn it yet but I know it's going to be super warm.”
