“First time ordering from Blakely and was happy with my hoodie and shorts material is lovely”

“Very poor quality items. Especially for the price. We received my wife's jumper and after a few qeeks we noticed a small hole in the hood as its under the hood at the side it wasn't noticed until she had the hood up. When we tried to contact them. They refused instantly and have now stopped responding. This type of service always baffles me as surely it would make more sense to just send a replacement instead of receiving bad reviews and never having myself purchase from yous or recommend yous. Youve lost future purchase. So poor.”
