“Heard a lot about this brand and I think with the costs of products they should be offering free returns or exchanges. I actually dont think the quality is that amazing considering how expensive the brand is. The fabric is lovely and cosy but the printing is actually pretty off. I like the products, I dont love them, I wouldn't shop here again.”

“Shocking customer service, i sent back 2 items in a parcel and they have claimed they only received one, now £70 down with no jacket to show for it! Scammers😡 check their trustpilot also, it is not just me!”

“everything i have got is of very high quality very quick delivery but its pitty some things had to b sent back to get a smaller size as the sizing on woman t-shirts hoodie and tracksuit bottom are way off i get they are ment to b oversized but i could of got 4 people in my medium t-shirt and jumpers”
