“I've found it hard in the past when I have to go urgently for anyone in a shop to listen, it's very distressing when this happens as I can empty my bladder completelt if I can't get to the toilet fast enough. The card has been really life changing, especially through covid lockdown as more toilets have been closed. Thanks for sending it out quickly and for all the information it's been very helpful.”

“Used it for the first time last week and asked the coffee shop if I could use there toilet but didn’t want to purchase a coffee. Lock down so no were was open. The card was definitely a big help Thank you”
