“Being a new member i can 100% say i would definitely recommend getting in touch and becoming a member. I rang the advice line and left a message, i was contacted back on the same day and it was so nice and helpful to speak to someone that totally understood what i was going through without being asked what is Interstitial Cystitis. The online forum is also interesting i havent been through not even half but again found some very informative chats. Highly recommend.”

“Waited nearly 9 months still not received my card it's been a total waste of time I must have applied about 6 times still no heard a word or received my just cant wait card”
