“Card arrived as expected. Thank you so much. Only problem is I do not carry a hand bag. So to have the card as an app on my phone would of been amazing. I searched the App Store but it does not exist. I wrote an email to be told that you removed the app. Please please bring it back most people have a mobile. I worry I will lose my card or not have it on me.”

“It was amazing. I was able to use the disability toilet first despite the queue of people who don't need it having formed outside it because it had been left open. When I showed my card the other people said, 'Oh, you go first. I don't really need it all that urgently'. So thanks for that.”

“Love the card, but sadly it did not help me last week when I visit the Great Orme in Wales. I was denied access to use the toilet in the complex on the Great Orme and had to queue to use the one and only toilet in the car park. I was in a wheelchair as well. I was in tears because of the pain and not being able to go to the toilet. I had to wait 30 minutes in the queue.”
