“Thank you,i received my card really quickly.I had cancer and had radio therapy nearly 5 years ago now and was left with severe irritable bowel, having to queue to get in to buy shopping has been a nightmare to me until I got my card of course so now if I need to go they let me in and I then just come out and get in the queue again THANK YOU”

“I am hoping that this card will enable me to get out and about more without having to worry where the public toilets are .Although when I tried to sow my old card in York Minster they just ignored it and directed me to use Public toilets which were too far away . It would be nice if the government made it obligatory on all businesses to recognise the card and let users use their facilities. I was so embarrassed at the refusal I didn't go out again for weeks.”

“I have yet to use the card due to social current isolation Guidelines, however it has given me a sense of confidence knowing I have the discreet support with being able to show my card. Thank you team.”
