“I can't comment on the community side but the free "I can't wait card" has been invaluable in dealing with mine and my daughters medical needs. My Daughter is 10 and has bowel problems this has been a real source of emotional trauma and embarrassment in public, by her having this card it's given her a sense of other people understanding without her/family members having to beg/plead with staff to use their private facilities. As for myself I have bladder problems as well as mobility issues and again this card has helped the stress and anxiety about public embarrassment by not needing to explain how urgent my situation is and why by which time previously it would have already been too late to take action, this card allows me the best possible chance of getting out and about abit knowing I can have help as and when I need it. Its a wonderful idea, it really gives people like my daughter and myself the confidence to be part of society and try enjoy life like everyone else. Thank you from myself and Thank you from my dear daughter who wanted me to write with thanks.”

“This card will be a godsend.i have chronic inflammation of the bladder so when I need to go to the toilet I carnt hold it in for long without getting stomach ache and even though I’m w incontinent it’s a worry it could happen especially on long journey s or your out and you carnt find a public loo.It gives me peace of mind that I can use this card and not have to worry where near nearest loo is especially in a strange town or city that I don’t know so yes great card”

“Only took a couple of days to arrive. Used already, with 1 shop refusing, (staff they seemed very young) as if they didn't know about this at all. And obviously, not trained for that question being asked. Otherwise really good responses. My mother has problems and under investigations. So I gave her mine and reordered one for me. Thank you for this brilliant idea. It has been literally lifesaving. 👍😊👍”
