“It has given me the confidence to use a disabled toilet and bot worry about when I get challenged when requesting the key or by a member of the public. Not all disabilities are visible.”

“I have been promoting the use of the card in LAUNCESTON to Shops & businesses, making them aware of people who may carry the card. I have found it very useful, in my local area, but further afield as well. Derriford Hospital, main loos shut, what do I do? I asked a member of staff & showed them my card & instead of just directing me to the nearest public loos, she took me to staff toilets as they were closer & cleanse.”
