“Only recently heard about what I’ve found so valuable support because of the very personal nature of the issue it’s difficult to tell someone the reason why you are rushing to the loo and cannot wait. To find there is so much info and others suffered in silence I’ve know feel totally supported”

“I have not used the site much but just come back from a holiday in the highlands and as you can imagine there are not many public toilets up there but I felt more confident about asking at hotels and pubs were I was eating to ask to use there loos with my little card all were very accommodating. Thank you”
