It’s so reassuring, although very sad, to know that there are others who suffer with the same sort of complaints as me, and I’m in awe of what people have to put up with! It has made me think differently about my problem and I’m a lot more positive

I've not interacted with the webpage much - so I must reserve my evaluation for later - I never received anything by mail so I don't know why this evaluation

Only just started using this. Its so helpful to know that others suffering with the same condition as myself help in the way they deal with it in every day life. Nice to know theres someone you can talk to who understands the problem. Will definitely be checking it out regularly. As they say every little helps.

The scheme is great if everything is as is , but I have issues with public toilets not being there anymore also disabled toilets being shut due to vandalism or being shut up 8.00 pm in the evening, also having to find change to pay for public toilet when you are desperate to go to the loo.

I have only recently joined this community and received my Can’t wait card, I heard about it from my brother who is recovering from prostate cancer, I have coeliac disease and I hope the card will be useful in the future

It’s good to read the stories people put on and to know there are so many people in the same situation as myself

It's very uncomfortable to have to face up to having a bladder/bowel issue and the staff that I had contact with were very understanding and helpful. The length of delays for appointments was the only point that I could make a negative comment about and maybe that's not something that can be controlled these days.

A very helpful site for people with these problems. The emergency card is a really good idea.

Thank you for offering this service as this has helped me out a few times when Iv needed to go to the restroom, the last time I was on an aeroplane and was allowed to use the premium restrooms as incase I couldn’t wait

Hi there Cyril, Not to worry at all, there's no pressure to review us if you're not ready to. Thank you for your comments, though, and hopefully we can help! If you have a disability and wish to be able to use disabled toilets, you will need a RADAR key - available for £5 from Disability Rights UK. This article explains: https://www.bladderandbowel.org/news/radar-keys-explained/ We do hope this is helpful, and wish you all the best. Kind regards Customer Support Bladder & Bowel Community
