“I find the staff very helpful and detailed when asking and or giving information. Unfortunaetly, the length of time between appointment is too long ahead of time. This makes if difficult if one has to reappoint and go to the back of the queue. very dissapointing for break the streak.”

“A great community to be a part of. I have been able to access the toilet when I needed it. In the past I have not been successful in doing so but showing my card I’ve been able to access services.”

“I am new to Bladder and Bowel community I saw the card advertised on the London Marathon website and applied for the card as I am diabetic and have incontinence issues so have not really road tested its ability to open toilet doors in a hurry I live in hope thank you”

“Georgia and Lauren, who run the PTNS clinic in Stevenage, are excellent - competent, friendly and reassuring. I was frustrated that it took 2 1/2 years from my consultation and finally starting the treatment. I don't know if it was because of huge waiting list or my request being mislaid until I requested b&b in Hatfield to chase it up. It is a very helpful treatment, although a shame that it is only available in Stevenage on Thursdays.”

“I believe this is amazing idea especially for me that work outside walking the streets. Although, once presenting my card not many shops or businesses know about it and I have been refused still in retail stores. Defo marketing and reaching out to businesses is needed to secure the future of this amazing effort to help those with bladder issues.”

“I received a card in the post as requested, but was amazed that my name wasn't printed on it. My hairdresser said that if anyone gave her a card like that to use her toilet, she would have second thoughts, as it is similar to one that anyone can purchase on the Internet. Maybe that extra bit of identification could be considered.”
