“Your information is amazing but sadly I’ve heard of places refusing to accept the can’t wait card to allow toilet use and one poor lady had an accident 😢😢 so now I’m not confident to go out 😢 Please don’t be offended by this as it is not a criticism of what you do just a reflection of the lack of help/understanding out there 😢”

“I think the card is a brilliant idea. It should be available to anyone who has a blue card or some other proof of disablement. It allows discretion in a panicking situation. Instead of creating a lot of attention begging to use a loo, to be able to offer the card is genius.”

“I’ve only had to use the card a few times so and it has been a success in all places except B and Q, so I phone their customer services complaints dept and explained what had happpend, the young sales assistant was very apprupt, suggested that I go next door to Dunelm, and then walked off. The customer services were very understanding and said they would look into it, I’ve not been back to B and Q yet to see if things had changed. But other than that this card have given me more confidence to go out and about.”
