“Delighted to receive my card.Before i got it I was refused the use of the staff toilet in a Tesco petrol station (having purchased fuel)-the store havingclosed at 1600hrs.in Dorchester.I told the cashier I had cystitis and was rudely told unless i was pregnant I would have to travel several miles downthe road to a public toilet.I was in agony by then.I have yet to complain to the store but will send a copy of your info to show to their staffshould it happen tp anyone else,I am nearly 80yrs.I have also made my GP aware of your wonderful card! Thank you.”

“Very Gratefull for the card, but as lovely as Ann was who contacted me, Ifelt really awkward,it seemed applying for the card was a way of your company getting more clients.She wasn't forceful, but because she was so sweet it was difficult to tell her, I'm happy with Charter my suppliers of my stoma bags ect, to be truthful I can't praise them enough. I really think your company should not be phoning people unless requested. One quick text telling people what you can provide to help them, and away to reply if they wish should be enough. Thank you for the cards Carol Chinn”
